Primitive Weapons

Primitive Weapons is a hardcore and screamo band based out of Brooklyn. The group's lineup consists of scene veterans, Arthur Shepherd, David Castillo, Christopher Enriquez, Eric Odness and Justin Scurti, who all combine to create a form of metal that manages to simultaneously balance an ingrained melodic sensibility with brutally heavy music full of guttural screams, thrash guitars and pummeling drums. Primitive Weapons released its debut EP on Shinebox Records in 2011 and has been gaining a following thanks to regular touring and festival appearances.
