Young Magic

Australian producer and musician Young Magic moved to Brooklyn and began making music in 2009. After collaborating with several friends and developing a unique breed of electropop--rife with samples, tribal rhythms and darkwave tendencies--the musician decided to travel the world to prepare for his debut album on Carpark Records. Recording and collecting samples in every place he found inspiration, including playgrounds and abandoned spy bases, Young Magic built songs around these samples with impressive results, marking him as a musician who's unafraid to indulge in his experimental tendencies.
