The Lost Brothers is a folk duo based out of Dublin, Ireland. The band's two members, Mark McCausland and Oisin Leech, play gentle acoustic music that manages to incorporate many different and interesting arrangements, despite the overall sparse nature of the songs. Upright bass, mariachi horns and light drumming are scattered amongst the duo's beautifully harmonized voices, which ultimately form the core of the Lost Brothers. The band established itself well all over the UK and wound up with a slot at the massively popular Glastonbury music festival in 2009. The duo's first album was recorded overseas in Portland, Oregon with producers Adam Selzer and Mike Coykendall, who had both previously worked with Blitzen Trapper and M. Ward.
