The Hours is an indie rock band from London that was formed in 2004 by veteran rock musicians Antony Genn and Martin Slattery. Ignoring the grumblings of the growing crowds of young musicians that end up leaving the safe confines of their garage for a cruel world that really wants nothing to do with their music, the musicians that make up The Hours have already proven that they have the confidence and chops necessary to blow most, if not all of it's indie rock competition out of the water. Best known for the hit 2006 single "Ali in the Jungle," The Hours has seemed to have no problem making an impact on both sides of the Atlantic--proving to the world once more that in the world of music, experience will always trump the short-sighted pretensions of those without.
