Orangegrass is an indie rock band from Taiwan that formed in 2004 as a sort of response to the overly formulaic rock and pop music the group's three members had grown accustomed to. The band began building a name for itself at independent music festivals and competitions throughout Taiwan, gaining enough recognition and acclaim to become a force to be reckoned with on Taiwan's incredibly competitive music scene. Since then, Orangegrass has released its debut album, Rainbow 4AM to widespread acclaim from Taiwan's independent music circles, leaving the door wide open for this indie rock trio to storm the international stage.
