Nicole Atkins is an indie folk singer/songwriter from Neptune, New Jersey who has earned much recognition throughout the United States. Citing multiple influences of which famed auteur David Lynch and his film composer Angelo Badalamenti stand out prominently, Nicole Atkins has managed to use these influences to craft a distinct style of folk music that is extremely listenable whilst retaining a decidedly avant-garde edge.
