Originally conceptualized by Australian dancer Dein Perry, Tap Dogs features six men tap dancing around a set with urban themes. Unlike traditional tap dancing, Tap Dogs incorporates modern music and dance choreography that makes the show more "dance" than "tap." The show has seen success with audiences around the world and was performed at the opening ceremony of the 2000 Olympics.
