Innerpartysystem is an electronica/industrial rock band from Pennsylvania that debuted its eponymous full-length album in 2007. The band's name is derived from George Orwell's dystopian novel 1984, however, despite the elitist connotations of the "Inner Party" in Orwell's masterpiece, the members of Innerpartysystem ironically seek to create an elite multimedia club where everyone is invited. So far their vision has proven to be wildly successful. Since the release of the band's lead album single, "Don't Stop," Innerpartysystem has provided soundtracks for video games such as Madden NFL 09, followed up with a hugely successful tour of the UK and US, ensuring the band's success in the music industry for years to come.
