Danny Malone

Indie folk singer/songwriter, Danny Malone, was born in Dallas, where his parents raised him on a steady diet of classic country singers. That early influence, coupled with his teenage love of rock and roll and alternative country, forms the base of Malone's music. Sometimes stripped bare to just an acoustic guitar and the earnest twang of his voice, while other times performing more raucous renditions with his live band, the Collar Bones, his lyrics are full of heart-on-your-sleeve tales of relationships and the hardships of growing up. Malone released his debut album, While We're Still Here, in 2006.
