Austin band, Crooks is a country band that makes authentic, down-to-earth music with a Tex-Mex vibe. Using horns to stretch their sound, Crooks are able to span a variety of musical styles, including blues, jazz, Latin and funk. Though the members themselves are relatively young, they hope to create a nostalgia for Texas' past when bar fights were common, and the whiskey flowed.
