Barón Rojo

Barón Rojo is a Spanish heavy metal and rock band formed in 1981 that continues to thrive as one of Spain's most successful bands. The group includes brothers Carlos and Armando de Castro, Gorka Alegre and Rafa Diaz and is one of the prominent representatives of Spanish hard rock. Its emphatic beats and loud, distorted guitar solos have maintained quite a metalhead following, especially in the 80s. The band is still active and continues to tour across Spain and because Barón Rojo creates albums in both English and Spanish, this puts the band on the mark for international acclaim.
