Singer-songwriter BettySoo has a knack for shocking audiences, walking on stage as a petite Asian-American and belting out soulful folk ballads with a Texas twang. Singing of love, heartbreak and remorse, BettySoo covers the standard topics of the female country musician, but includes elements of gospel, easy listening jazz and modern folk that set her music apart. BettySoo released her first album in 2005 and has continued to win over the Americana music world with each subsequent release.
