Alice Lewis is a French singer who skillfully molds her eclectic musical interests into a coherent and beautiful indie pop package. Having trained at the Beijing Opera and been taught to play the harp in Taiwan, she combines a sense of world-traveled romanticism with a powerful voice that has won her comparisons to cult art rock songstress, Kate Bush. Lewis regularly adds unique instruments from all over the world to her compositions, adding to the their already fanciful feel. In 2007, she helped write the score to the French film, Le Renard Et L'Enfant, along with David Reyes and composer Evgueni Galperine - which only furthered her reputation as a talented musician.
