British DJ and producer Andy C is one of the foremost drum & bass DJs, as well as a pioneering drum & bass figure of the early 1990s. Andy C's influence has largely come from his Ram Recordings label, a label he founded as drum & bass was on the rise in UK and around the world. Andy C is known for his hip-hop style turntablism during live shows, sometimes even mixing with three turntables at once. Ram Recordings continues to release a large number of drum & bass records, many of them large compilations of many different producers.
