Colock is a reggae group that sings in French. The original six members met in 2008 while they were roommates and have since beefed up the lineup of the group with three more members. It's not purist reggae because Colock brings its pop and rock influences into the music, but that gives it a sound all its own. On stage the massive sound is created by a combination of guitar, bass, horn, keyboards, drums, a lead vocalist and backup singers who make sure to sing about topical issues.
