Afrojack is the stage name of Nick van de Wall, a Dutch electro house producer and DJ. After playing piano as a child, van de Wall's real musical pursuits began once he discovered the popular and user-friendly sequencing computer program, FruityLoops. Moving forward with electronic music in mind, he began to perform DJ sets in the Netherlands and soon he found himself creating his own compositions in addition to remixing songs from artists such as Madonna and Lady Gaga. The dance club friendly collaboration with Eva Simons, "Take Over Control," is a strong example of van de Wall's blending of house beats and electropop.
