Sally Seltmann, born Sally Russell, is an Australian singer/songwriter who, until 2009, performed under the stage name New Buffalo. Considered to be one of the pioneers of internet music distribution, she released her debut track "16 Beats" in 2000 and has since enjoyed success as not only a recording artist, but also as a touring musician.
