Generationals

Generationals is a four-piece band from New Orleans that has been crafting cheerful, straightforward indie rock songs since 2008. The band manages to add vintage tones to its music without taking on muddy garage sounds by recording its guitars through small distorted amplifiers as well as incorporating horn samples and retro tape-hiss on their records. After releasing a series of digital singles in 2008, Generationals dropped its debut album Con Law, in 2010, making an impressive showing off the its hi-fidelity skills in the studio compared to the lo-fi style of its previous work.
