Tonic Sol-fa is an all-male a cappella group originally from St. Paul, Minnesota. The guys in the band write generally uplifting music in a pop-choral style, frequent themes being in love and family. Tonic Sol-fa have released a good deal of self-produced albums including a few Christmas LPs. The group is named after the word to describe a sight-singing technique that uses hand gestures to cue tonal scales.
