Thomas Blug is a German guitarist who was awarded the title "The Strat King of Europe" by guitar manufacturer Fender in 2004. Blug has played with multiple prominent artists - from American soul legend Percy Sledge to the girly-rap-pop German group Tic-Tac-Toe. The Thomas Blug Band finds the guitarist teamed up with Thijs Van Leer, a knighted musical ambassador of the Netherlands who played in the group Focus, Raoul Walton, and Wolf Simon. Together, they create a fusion of jazz and prog rock that has gone over well with fans and critics alike.
