Ducktails

The solo project of Real Estate guitarist, Matthew Mondanile, Ducktails provides an outlet for the New Jersey musician to translate the pop sensibilities of his primary group into a more narrowly defined sonic aesthetic. While his earlier work blended into the excess of lo-fi sludge coming from the major cities on the East Coast, Mondanile has since proven his musical abilities by honing his sound to a palatable mix of polished pop guitars and just enough dusty bedroom synth.
