Nico Muhly

Highly procreative and somewhat of a prodigy, composer Nico Muhly had an impressive list of accomplishments to his name before the age of thirty. After getting a masters from Juilliard, the Rhode Island born musician began his career composing orchestral and choral works that were commissioned by the American Symphony Orchestra, the New York Philharmonic and others. Muhly is also known for his film scores, ballet scores, two operas and arrangement work for musicians like Bjork, Antony & the Johnsons, Jonsi and Grizzly Bear.
