Welsh musician David Wrench is known equally for his albinism as he is for getting in a fight at Piccadilly Station with Thom Yorke for not allowing him to release a dark synthpop cover of the Radiohead hit "Creep." Wrench first began in career in 1989, creating campy electropop but eventually moved to a gothic folk sound. While he is more often found producing or remixing the albums of other respected artists rather than writing his own work today, Wrench is known to occasionally tour with the artists he works with, or as part of the supergroup featuring members of Echo and the Bunnymen and Super Furries, called The Serpents.
