Big Troubles

Blending the hazy drone of shoegaze with a lo-fi recording aesthetic seems to be all the rage on the indie music scene, particularly in Brooklyn. The duo that makes up Big Troubles might reside a bit south of Brooklyn - in New Jersey - but the band would fit in nicely with the hoards of Williamsburg lo-fi proponents. While Big Troubles' musical style of choice might not stand out, it has been noticed by many as a band that knows how to write songs with just the right amount of pop hooks to rise them above the indie standard.
