In Zaire

In Zaire is an experimental indie-rock band based out of Germany. Its music is primarily instrumental, but this is hardly a fault. The songs are so intense and tightly wound that vocals would almost seem like an afterthought. Driving punk rock bass lines are coupled with loud, distorted guitars and a crazy talented drummer who seems to take the Keith Moon approach of constantly playing fills. Add in some percussive elements and some danceable rhythms and you've got one pretty nice rock and roll package.
