Nosound is an Italian rock band that seems to take its cues from massively popular American psychedelic rock and progressive-pop bands such as Pink Floyd and Genesis. Before being fleshed out into a full five-piece band in 2006, Nosound consisted only of Giancarlo Erra, who wrote, produced and performed all of the music himself. Nowadays, the band creates melodic guitar-rock songs steeped with ambient passages, keyboards and jammy solos.
