13 Block is a Paris-based hip-hop collective that released its debut mixtape, XIII, in 2014. Filling its songs with themes of socio-political strife and ideas about European immigration reform, 13 Block has built a reputation for being one of the more socially concious French hip-hop acts of its generation.
