Written by Pulitzer Prize winning playwright David Lindsay-Abaire, Good People is a contemporary drama that examines the life of a working class woman living in Boston. Set in the neighborhood of Southie, the play follows Margie Walsh as she faces the bleak, comedic and often times tragic realities of being a single mother looking for employment. Good People debuted on Broadway in 2011 starring Frances McDormand, who took home the Tony Award for Best Leading Actress in a Play.
