American pop project Boy Scouts started out as a means for Oakland-based singer/songwriter Taylor Vick to explore minimalist sound production. The project's sound mainly comprised an acoustic guitar occasionally accompanied by drums or other percussion instruments. Her first full-length album, 2016's Homeroom Breakfast, was her first record to feature a full band. She followed it up with the albums Hobby Limit and Free Company, and singles "Wish" and "A World so Full of Love." Her most popular songs include "Did You See Me Cry," "Get Well Soon," "Hate Ya 2," "All Right" and "Momentary Love," among others.
