Formed in 1885 as “Millwall Rovers”, Millwall F.C. is a football club from Bermondsey that participates in the EFL Championship. Also known as “The Lions”, it plays its home fixtures at the Den and shares a very intense rivalry with Leeds United. Throughout its history the club has moved back and forth in the country’s top divisions while facing many noteworthy opponents and have also featured in the UEFA Cup.
