Landskrona BoIS is a football club that competes in the League Division 1 Södra. It was formed in 1915 after a merger between, Diana and IFK Landskrona. It had built a good reputation for itself during its initial years into the game, this helped the club in becoming one of the 12 contestants who played in the inaugural season of Allsvenskan. The club had noteworthy performances in the top league, but it is the Second division where the club truly established itself as a powerful competitor. It has won the Second Division title numerous times. It has also added Svenska Cupen, Skånska Mästerskapet and Distriktsmästerskapet to its credit. The club plays its home games at the Landskrona IP stadium.
