Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, Garrett T. Capps was influenced by two things: the city's diverse cultural sensibility and the wide-open landscapes of Southern Texas. Creating a distinctive style of alternative country that's well-suited for today's forward-thinking music scene, Capps' 2016 debut album, Y Los Lonely Hipsters, helped establish him as an artist who is unafraid to create music that pulls inspiration from non musical influences.
