Growing up in the Texas Hill Country outside of Austin, Danny Kiranos managed to spend good chucks of time ruminating on the imposing power of nature and its resolute indifference to man. These themes of finding transcendence in the outdoors coupled with countrified folk stylings, express themselves in Kiragos musical endeavor Amigo the Devil. Cutting his teeth and honing his sound on the Texas honkey tonk circuit during his formative years, Kiragos would release his debut album under his Amigo the Devil guise in 2018 with the LP Volume 1.
