Mjällby Allmänna Idrottsförening is one of the football clubs that compete in the Allsvenskan - the top-tier football competition in Sweden. The merger of two clubs, Hälleviks IF and Listers IF, in 1939 led to the formation of Mjällby AIF. It is based in Hällevik, Blekinge, where it has garnered a great reputation for its achievements which include winning the Superettan more than once. The club’s roster has been home to many great players like Anders Linderoth, Christian Wilhelmsson, Mattias Asper and more.
