It's American singer-songwriter Harry Hudson's folk-rock and pop tunes, laced with heartwarming vocals and thumping beats, that helped him earn a spot on Pandora's Artist to Watch list in 2018. Always a fan of the American hip-hop scene, the Los Angeles-native began taking an interest in the music of the likes of Johnny Cash, Bob Dylan and Bruce Springsteen after a record label big-shot advised him to focus on developing his skills as a vocalist. He soon began to try his hand at songwriting and released his first single "World Is Gone," online in 2013. However, a personal setback forced him to drop his career plans and focus on his health. The subsequent year saw the release of the single "Learn 2 Love" which was heavily influenced by the struggles of the past year. Two independently-released EPs, Treatment (Side A) and Gemineyes, followed in 2015. The singer moved base to New York to focus on film writing and released the short film Can Cowboys Cry, featuring close friend Jaden Smith. The film's soundtrack featured Hudson's tracks including "Cry for Love" and "Yellow Lights." His debut album Yesterday's Tomorrow Night dropped in March 2018. The singles "Pendulum," "Mean to Love" and "Let Me" were released in 2018, 2019 and 2020 respectively.
