Lng/SHT, whose real name is Gastón Espinosa, was born on October 29, 1986, in Cancún, Mexico. He is a distinguished hip-hop artist recognized for his distinctive style and profound lyrics. He gained significant attention in the music industry with his 2009 EP, Hip Hop Para Punk Rockers, which artfully combined elements of punk and rap. His 2014 album, Youth (08-13), featured notable tracks such as "Fresa" and "El Punk Rock Arruinó Mi Vida," which highlighted his versatility as an artist. In 2015, he released the EP Les Juro Que Sí Llego, which included songs like "Llaves, Teléfono y Cartera." His 2022 EP, Malos Jóvenes, along with the album IV.- Buenos Adultos, presented hits such as "La Marcha De Los Tristes" and "Sobrio y Confundido," further cementing his status within the genre. With an upcoming project titled Japanese Bonus Tracks, Vol. 1, scheduled for release in 2024, Lng/SHT continues to innovate and expand the horizons of contemporary hip-hop in Mexico.
