Jonah Blacksmith is a Danish band formed in 2011 that seamlessly fuses Scandinavian folk traditions with vintage American country. Helmed by brothers Simon and Thomas Alstrup, Jonah Blacksmith (the name of the siblings grandfather) released its debut album, Northern Trail, in 2014 and since then the the band's intimate yet engulfing sound has resound well with international audiences.
