Unicaja Málaga is a professional basketball team based in Málaga, Spain. Founded in 1992, the club plays nationally in the Liga ACB and internationally in the Euroleague. The team plays its home matches at Palacio de Deportes José María Martín Carpena and competes in its team colors of forest green, white and purple. Baloncesto Málaga won its first title, the Korać Cup in 2001 and in 2006 it would win its first Spanish Championship.
