Formed in 1994 by vocalist Sarah McLeod, The Superjesus would go on to become one of Adelaide's most decorated bands. The band announced its arrival on the big stage with its debut album Sumo in 1998 and followed up on its success with Jet Age in 2000. After a brief hiatus and disbandment in 2004, each member would go on to have a successful solo career of their own, before reuniting 2013.
