Doosan Bears was established in 1982 as the first professional baseball team in Korea. The team won the Korea Series in the first year they competed in Korean Baseball League and lifted two more trophies in 1995 and 2001. As one of teams based Seoul Jamsil Stadium along with LG Twins, the team has a lot of fans as much as Lotte Giants has. Past stars who played for Doosan Bears include Cheolsun Park, Sangho Kim, Daniel Lios and Siheon Son.
