Supersport United is a football club from Atteridgeville, Pretoria that competes in the South African Premier Division. Known affectionately as “Matsatsantsa a Pitori” by its fans it was formed in 1994 and uses the Lucas Moripe Stadium as its home arena. It boasts of having one of the most excellent youth academies in the country which has produced players like Kamohelo Mokotjo and Kermit Erasmus. It has won major honors such as three consecutive South African Premier Division titles, MTN 8 and the Nedbank Cup.
