Avenir Sportif Béziers commonly referred to as AS Beziers is a French football club that competes in the Ligue 2. The club was formed in 2007 because of the unification of AS Saint-Chinian, Béziers-Méditerranée Football Cheminots and FC Béziers Méditerranée. Based in Béziers, the club plays its home games at the Stade de Sauclières. Fondly known as “Les Blaugranas”, the club achieved promotion to the Ligue 2 in 2018 after competing in the lower tiers of French football throughout its history.
