AmaZulu is a football club that competes in the South African Premier Division. The city of Umlazi in the KwaZulu Natal province is the home of this club and the King Zwelithini Stadium is its home ground. The club was founded in 1932, which makes it one of the oldest football clubs in the country. Many skilled players such as Owen Nzimande, Francis Shonhai, George Dearnaley and many more have played for this club in the past. Winning the National Professional Soccer League in 1972 is one of the club’s biggest achievements and is also one of its earliest.
