Suicideboys is a New Oreleans-based hip-hop duo that's comprised of cousins Ruby de Cherry and Scrim. Founded in 2014, Suicideboys initially rose to prominence on the internet for its hard-hitting songs that featured slightly abrasive lyrical themes centering around substance abuse and suicide. Since releasing its debut album, I Want to Die in New Orleans, in 2018 Suicideboys have gone on to early a reputation on the American underground rap scene with a devoted cult following.
