Vendée Challans is a basketball club from the commune of Challans, France that competes in the Nationale Masculine 1 (NM1) which is the country’s third level for professional men’s basketball. Formed in 1936, it earned its first major trophy in 1982-83 when it won the French Cup. It has also featured in the FIBA Korać Cup. Lance Berwald, Valéry Demory and Bruno Constant are a few notable players to have represented this club.
