Originally from Ratingen, Joel Brandenstein is a German pop singer. Known in his early days for his popular YouTue channel in which he covered ballads in both English and German, Brendenstein began to seriously pursue a music career in 2014 with his single "Die Liebe." Despite the fact that he not have the support of a record label, this self-released single made it to the top onto the charts in Germany and Austria. He released his debut album, emotions in 2017.
