The Emperor of Atlantis is a one-act German language opera written by Viktor Ullman and Peter Klein. Amazingly, the two collaborated on the opera while they were imprisoned at a Nazi concentration camp in 1943. Tragically, both lost their lives during the war, but the manuscript survived and it was first performed in 1975 in Amsterdam.
