Benevento Calcio is an Italian football club that represents Benevento in Serie A. It was first established in 1929 as Associazione Calcio Benevento and was reformed in 2005 under the current name. It started off playing in the second tier - Serie B - before being promoted to Serie A in 2017 for the first time in its history. Benevento Calcio plays its home games at the Stadio Ciro Vigorito.
