Rodrigo Alejandro Bueno, widely recognized as "El Potro," was a legendary cuarteto singer from Argentina, born on May 24, 1973, in Córdoba. He gained prominence in the 1990s, enchanting audiences with his vibrant stage presence and captivating voice, ultimately becoming a defining figure in contemporary cuarteto music. His rise to fame was propelled by successful albums such as Lo Mejor del Amor and La Leyenda Continúa, which solidified his reputation as a cherished artist throughout Latin America. Unfortunately, his life was tragically cut short in a car accident on June 24, 2000, at the young age of 27. Despite the brevity of his career, his influence remains significant, as evidenced by his extensive body of work, including popular songs like "Soy Cordobés" and "Ocho Cuarenta."
