Also known as “Pelikans”, TSV Havelse is a football club from Germany that features in the Regionalliga Nord. Established in 1912, the club is based in Garbsen and was formerly known as “FC Pelikan-Havelse”. The club has a Oberliga Nord and Lower Saxony Cup to its name and plays its home matches at the Willhelm-Langrehr-Stadion.
